The Monster Called-Rape

The Monster-called Rape:

 

Between five and ten minutes

the thrusts are over,

but the pain remains

forever with the victim;

minutes ago, both friends

were cheerful and happy,

for his temporary enjoyment,

jaunty mood has turned

a mortification for her;

because of his sexual urge,

a tunic of ignominy,

she is forced to wear.

 

Because of uncontrolled libido,

shamefully, her nakedness

the sex junkie has exposed,

because of heartless desire,

a non-healing emotional pain,

she may carry forever;

because of monster in him,

her innocence she lost, and

for the lust and greed in him,

her pride and dignity,

he snatched away from her.

 

Oh! Her life earned moral

excellence,

which carries life certificate of

virtue-

rapist ruined within minutes,

decency, gravitas, and

self-esteem, qualities nurtured

for years-amoral and insanely-

good-for-nothing-son-of-Adam-

made her lose.

 

Down her heart,

pain and anguish hibernate,

on the floor of her heart,

dark moment of yesterday

estivated;

on the four walls of her heart,

are permanent inscriptions-

reminder that draws tears-

from yesterday’s savagery.

 

In her mind is the recurring

image of torment that has

refused to obliterate,

motion and still pictures of

her capture in hands of a

sluggard.

 

Continually, her ears play

those horrible cry of yesterday-

with no one in sight to deliver

her soul-

every time, she looks in a mirror

she sees a violated and  

a subdued soul by a slugabed.

 

Daily, image of Bondage,

Discipline, and Sadomasochism-

(BDSM), which has transformed

to a tormenting shadow

never depart from her;

aberrant sexual behavior,

which insanely human society

elevates to a pre-eminent

position of dominance and

submission.

Have you been abused by

someone-you know or not?

Have you been violated, or

disgraced by someone you

love and trust?

Oh! I feel your pain.

 

Yes, I feel your pain-

regardless of where

abuse occurred: in public square,

classroom, restroom, on marriage bed,

moving bus, car seat, office table,

jail house, hospital examination bed,

on the wall, in darkness;

rape victims suffer same fate-

shame, hurt dignity, and misandry.

 

From oriental to occidental

monogamy to polygamy,

endogamy to exogamy culture,

without cultural, religious, and

political bias declare war on rape.

 

Men and women of goodwill,

proclaim from your

opened-windows, doors to

rooftops,

proclaim from north to south,

east to west-

our: daughters, sisters, aunts,

wives, nieces, mothers,

are not and should be

sex objects,

rather partners in a honorable

sexual relationship.

 

Let the world say no to rape,

let the world of humankind:

Remove Accursed

Prosecute or (Punish)

Evil (R.A.P.E.)

in our society;

let the world makes society
safer for Womenfolk.
