Testament that set United States
apart-you made possible,
testament that created unbroken
union-you established,
imperfect the testament may
be,
but unique personality
it creates.
Personality of civility,
democratic personality,
personality of separation
of power,
personality of people with
law,
personality of freedom, liberty,
and justice,
personality of a free world
